Review: Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Passiflora Eau de Toilette

Hi loves! I have discovered my new favorite summer scent! I have been loving  Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Passiflora Eau de Toilette (125ml).

The fresh Aqua Allegoria fragrance range was created 1999. Its fresh as cologne and with the staying power of Guerlain parfume. The guid of the collection is bergamot and citrus fruit.

The packaging of this fragrance is beautiful! It comes in a glass bottle and on the top part there is the golden honeycomb pattern, which is beautiful. On top of the cap and also on the box there is a logo of honeybee. Its simple bottle, but the golden mesh add so much to it.

This is fruit citrusy fragrance and it has nots from passionfruit, aquatic notes and also ylang ylang. When I smelled it the first time in the store, I knew I wanted it. Its so fresh like summer morning and like its so light fragrance. Perfect for summer :)

Its my first fragrance from the brand and I love it. I'm so impressed with this collection and I have already my eye on one more scent from this range.

Have you find your perfect summer fragrance?

Review: Kräuterhof Hyaluron + Phytocomplex Eye Cream

Hi loves! I have found affordable eye cream, which actually works. I have been testing out Kräuterhof Hyaluron + Phytocomplex Eye Cream (15.45€, 20ml).

The cream comes in a white squeeze tube packaging and has no scent to it. So it suitable for sensitive skin too. Its formulated with two forms of hyaluronic acid (with a low and high molecular weight). Also contains squalene with strong antioxidants and seven natural extracts. Its hydrating cream and helps to fight against fine lines and wrinkles. Its formulated with out parabens and is not tested on animals.

I have been using it since April, morning and evening. Its light weight formula and sinks into the skin fast. It hasn't irritated my eyes any way and I have very sensitive eyes.

From the first use I could tell I like this eye cream. It instantly hydrated my under eye area, which is very dry. It keeps it hydrated through out the day and it doesn't dry out. The fine lines under my eye are less noticeable and the overall situation is much better. The under eye area looks brighter and I look less tiered. Its the best
budget friendly eye cream I have find, that actually works.

IngredientsAqua, Methylpropanediol, Glycerin, Squalane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) butter, Ricinus Communis (Castor) seed oil, C10-18 Triglycerides, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl, Stearate Citrate, Butylene Glycol, Dipentaerytrityl Pentaisononanoate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Cetearyl Glucoside, Magnolia Biondii bark extract, Salix Alba (Willow) bark extract, Thujopsis Dolabrata branch extract, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) fruit extract, Camellia Sinesis leaf extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Marticaria) flower/leaf extract, Propolis extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Lactate, Lactic Acid, Serine, Urea, Allantoin, Silanetriol, Tocopherol, Sorbitol, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Polyacrylate, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Sorbic Acid, Pentylene Glucol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol

I'm so happy I ended up getting it and it gives me hope I can find good skincare with a good price point. Its something I definetly consider repurchasing.

I bought it in Estonia (Rimi) for 15.45€, but I found it on Amazon less then 9 euros, I'll link it here.

Review: BYS Cosmetics Correct Colour Correcting Créme Palette

Hi loves! I have been lately more into color correcting my complexion, specially on days when I don't wanna wear any foundation. I have been using  BYS Cosmetics Correct Colour Correcting Créme Palette (8.40 EUR, 18g) and this item was sent to me by BYS Cosmetics Estonia.

The color correcting concealers comes in a sleek palette and has a clear lid, so I can see all the shades in it, which I like. I also like its sleek enough to take with me when traveling. The palette contains 8 different products for different concerns. The quality for the price is wonderful. These last on me the majority of the day and I notice imperfections peeking through end of the day, which I don't mind so much, because I take my makeup off anyway.

  • White -  Adds natural light. It also has a shimmer in it, so it would make wonderful highlighter for fair skin tone.
  • Orange - Neutralises blue tones and is most used. I use it under the eye area and it brightens up everything so well. I don't know why its named orange back of the palette, because it looks more yellow to me.
  • Green - Conceals redness and I have been using it tons. It cancels out any redness I might have from red patches to angry pimples. My skin has been braking out so bad and this has been life saver.
  • Skin Tones - There is 2 shades, one is lighter and the other is deeper medium shade. I use these to do my cream contouring and highlighting.
  • Levender -  Mutes yellow tones. I haven't had reason to use it yet, but you never know when I might need it.
  • Pink - Brightens and again I haven't used it.
  • Peach - Balances out discoloration. I haven't tried it out yet.

You can see everything swatch above and these are all pigmented and the ones I have been constantly using are brilliant. I don't see myself using the other shades, because I have no need for them. I use orange and green to color correct and I like I can do my highlighting and contouring with this palette as well. I would like to see a this kind quad with the four shades I like, because  these are so creamy and blend easily into the skin. If I would use up my most used shades I would consider buying a new palette, because I love the formula and its affordable. If you are in Estonia, its on sale in Kaubamaja for 4.70 EUR (link). Its a steal! The rest of the world can check it out here.

Review: Skin Research Laboratories neuRadiance Instant Cell Exfoliator

Hi loves! Today's post is on Skin Research Laboratories neuRadiance Instant Cell Exfoliator (125g).

It comes in a blue squeeze tube packaging. Its easy to get the product out and the scrub itself is bit thicker and is more gritty, then any other face scrub I have used in the past. This exfoliate has triple action system and what it means is, that it helps cell turnover and helps to promote longterm moisturization. It has a salty scent to it which is mixed with eucalyptus. I love how refreshing the scent is.

Its recommended to use 2 to 3 times a week. I use it twice a week, because its so strong scrub and I can feel how it removes away all the dead skin cells. I'm so impressed how smooth it makes my skin feel. I apply it on wet skin and I don't use a lot of product. One thing I noticed when I first started to use it that it warms up when it comes to contact with wet skin. I gently massage the skin with it and then wash it off with water. After that my skin is softer and smoother then ever before!

Who would I recommend it? Someone who doesn't have sensitive skin and loves more gritty face scrub. Its so nice to do after shower when all the pores are open and it gets all the dirt out and you are left with clean and glowy skin. I'll keep using it, but I'm not sure how easy it is to find this brand in Europe, so far I found it only on 2 pages in the USA. I definetly would like to repurchase it in the future ;)

Have you tried anything from the brand before?

Review: Garnier Ambre Solaire Kids Sensitive Anti-Sand Sun Cream Spray SPF50

Hi loves! Its so important to keep the skin safe on summer. I was on vacation in Turkey and I was using Garnier Ambre Solaire Kids Sensitive Anti-Sand Sun Cream Spray SPF50 (200ml) to keep my skin safe.

The sunscreen comes in a tin spray bottle. Its  easy to spray on and I can get even layer every where. The formula is developed for fair, sensitive and sun intolerant skin. I definetly have fair skin and the sun in Turkey is too strong for me.

This sunscreen protects against UVB, UVA and long UVA. I wore it for 2 weeks and I did go out when the sun was strong. I did not get burned and my skin wasn't irritated or red. It really gave my skin a protection it needed.

I like this sunscreen sinks into the skin fast and it doesn't make the skin sticky or itchy. It feels very light and makes applying it easier. It sprays out white and doesn't leave any residue behind when I massage it into the skin. It also does't contain any parfum or colorants, so it fits sensitive skin, and its hypoallergenic.

I love it! It makes applying sunscreen easier and more pleasant. Also its faster and doesn't brake the band, so its win for me. You can't go wrong with this sunscreen.

What is your favorite sunscreen?

Review: Premier by Dead Sea Concentrated Facial Serum

Hi loves! Today's post is on Premier by Dead Sea Concentrated Facial Serum (50ml, $249.99).

The serum comes in a glass bottle and has a pump, which makes using it so nice. The serum has a slight citrus scent to it. The formula of it is like a gel, which sinks into the skin fast.

Key Ingredient:
* Vitamin C removes free radicals from the skin.
* Vitamin E promotes new skin cel growth.
* Rose hip kernal oil helps to correct sun damage, age spots, scars and fine lines
* Retinol is a star anti aging ingredient and it gives boost of youth to the skin.
* Orange oil softens and brightens the skin.

I use it morning and evening. It sinks into the skin fast and instantly nourish my skin. My skin is going through a change lately and its more dry. This serum instantly hydrates the skin and makes my skin smooth and velvety. It also helps to keep my skin firm and plump.

It hasn't irritated my skin or caused me to have brake outs. It has been wonderful serum and I have used up barely quarter of the bottle and I started using it in the middle of April.

I'm very happy with this face serum. I love the brand and they never disappoint me :) I didn't find this serum on their EU page, if you wanna check it out anyway I'll link it here. I did found it on the USA  page (link) and they do deliver to other countries, if you are interested. On both pages they have campaign going on where they double your order. Non of the links are affiliate.

Review: Juvia's Place The Magic Palette

Hi loves! Today's post is on Juvia's Place The Magic Palette ($28.00).

The packaging of this palette is gorgeous! I love the art on the cover. The palette contains 16 eye shadows: 6 matte and 10 shimmery/metallic shadows. There is no mirror inside and the packaging is cardboard and closes magnetically.

The shadows in the palette are super pigmented and I love that it contains cool and warm tone shades. Its perfect for both day time and evening looks. These do blend out easily, but I had hard time with the darker shades. I felt they blended everywhere and I had hard time keeping it all in one place. I also got fall out with these, so I would recommend doing your eyes first and then the face makeup.

The staying power of these shadows is amazing! I didn't experience any creasing or fading through out the day, but I always use a primer under every eye look.

  • Nubia - is gorgeous metallic gold.
  • Zakiya - is a matte burned orange. It looks darker in the pan then on the swatch.
  • Osun - is gorgeous metallic light pink. Looks stunning as inner corner highlight.
  • Kesi - is a matte creamy nude shade, which is bit darker then my own skin tone. Its great to use as brow bone highlighter for deeper skin tones.
  • Zuba - is darker metallic pink.
  • Nana - is a matte orange brown shade. In the pan it looks more brown and when I use it on myself its more orange brown.
  • Boronu - is a metallic bronze shade.
  • Kogi - looks in the pan like red, but swatched its more neon red and it has matte finish.
  • Faso - is a metallic purple with blue sheen to it. Its my favorite shadow out of this palette.
  • Aja - is a shimmery deep, deep forest green.
  • Vai - is a metallic gray.
  • Yemoja - is a metallic silver.
  • Ife - is a matte deep purple.
  • Yara - is a metallic sea green.
  • Buzo - is a metallic bright green.
  • Yejide - is a matte blue, which looks in the pan darker then on the swatch.

I do like this palette and I love how many different looks I can great with it. There are some things I don't like about this palette. First is that it contains talc and second that some shades don't come off as they look in the pan. I have played weeks with it and I have learned to live with it. I don love the looks I can create with it and the shades still are intense and beautiful. Down below you can see the look I created using this palette.

If you are interested in this palette you can check it out here.

Review: Kräuterhof Perfect Skin

Hi loves! I have been using as my makeup base Kräuterhof Perfect Skin (30ml). I picked it up last time I was in Estonia and I payed for it around 15 euros.

The primer comes in a jar and I do need to put my fingers in to get the product out. It might not be everyones cup of tea. I think a tube would have been better packaging for it.

It has a thicker formula which has a peach scent to it. The formula contains peptide complex. On skin it feels light weight and its easy to blend into the skin. It smooths the skin out and hides pores and wrinkles. It fits all skin types and makes the skin soft.

On the picture above I applied one side of the face the primer. Can you guess? Its the left side. It smooths everything out and makes my skin matte. My foundation blends on top of it beautifully and it doesn't get my pores stuck, which some silicon based primers can do. My T zones still gets oily through out the day, but rest of my face is more dry. I feel my skin is going through a change.

Ingredients: cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone, lithospermum erythrorhizon root extract, dimethiconol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, parfum, CI 77891

Overall I like this primer. It smooths my skin out and it hasn't caused any brake outs, which is huge plus. If you don't have sensitive skin (because of the parfum in the formula) and you want light weight primer, then its worth checking out.

I picked it up in Rimi (Estonia), but its also available on on Amazon (link).

Review: Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage Foundation | 03 True Ivory

Hi loves! I'm back! We did bit of traveling in Turkey. We went to Izmir to visit relatives and also picked up some gorgeous lace fabrics for me to make dresses. If you guys are interested I can show in Instagram stories what I got or in up coming fashion haul.

Today's post is on Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage Foundation in shade 03 True Ivory (30ml, 14.99 EUR).

The foundation comes in a glass bottle and has a pump. It contains 30 ml of product and has natural finish (you can see it end of the demo video). It gives full coverage, but very angry pimples will show through, if I don't color correct.

The formula feels light weight on skin, but I feel I need to blend it out fast. I love how seamless it looks on the skin and I only need one pump for my face, so little goes a long way.

Some reason my skin is more to the dry side and I can't wear it often. It just doesn't look cute and it makes my skin look too dry, but when I mix bit of oil in or a hydrating foundation it looks so much better and I get the best from both worlds. I love a full coverage foundation, but my skin is bit dry for it at the moment.

The staying power of it is okay, but I could see how it dried out my skin and hold on to some of the drier parts of my face. Lets just say its not cute look, so only for events I would wear it. For all day its too much.

Down below you can see the demo part of this video. You can see how it applies, the coverage it gives and also the finish it has.

Overall I'm happy with the foundation and I like the finish I get with it. It makes my skin look flawless and for special occasion its perfect.

Have you tried this foundation already? Do you like it?

Review: Eva Gutowski x Colourpop Collection

Hi loves! I picked up Eva Gutowski x Colourpop Collection  when it came out. It took for ever to get to me and I wanted to test it before I share my review with you. This collection contains 3 lip products, face duo and 2 eye shadow palettes.

Lets start with the least favorite item from this collection. Its the Mermaid Glow Face Duo (2x3.25g, $10.00). It contains the a blush in shade Golden Hour and highlighter Siren. The blush is is beautiful matte neutral peachy shade. Its pigmented and is easy to blend out. Its perfect shade for spring and it goes so well with warm tone eye shadows. It also lasts all day with out fading or becoming patchy.

The highlighter Siren is not my cup of tea. Its pearlised light gold highlighter. I find it to bee too powdery and I feel it doesn't show up as I want. Maybe on darker skin tone it looks better. I want something more intense and more reflective. Down below you can see the swatches!

This collection contains 2 eyeshadow palettes: It's All Wild and Vacation Mode. Both palettes come in a sleek black packaging and inside there is a mirror and 4 eyeshadows. I'll be depoting these for sure and put them into a magnetic palette and separate shimmers for mattes.

Lets start with the It's All Wild Palette (4x1.5g, $12.00). It contains 3 matte shades and one metallic. Its my favorite palette out of the two. The shadows are so pigmented and easy to blend out. I didn't have any issues and I loved when I used this quad. So gorgeous shades!

  • Passport - is metallic golden copper. Looks gorgeous all over the lid. Totally obsessed with it!
  • Tan Line - is a matte warm tone brown. Must have shade in every palette.
  • Bonfire - is a matte deep warm tone brown. Perfect to add drama to an eye look ;)
  • Malibu - is a matte true orange. I love this type of shades and this is so beautiful and easy way to add color to an eye look.

Above you can see swatches of both palettes, but lets continue with the cool tone palette Vacation Mode (4x1.5g, $12.00). This palette contains 2 mattes, a satin and a metallic shadow. I have issues with some of the shadows in this palette. I do like purple tones, but this palette just wasn't as smooth as the previous palette. I could make it work, but I needed to work harder.

  • Round Trip - is a matte blackened plum. It just didn't apply smoothly and you can see it from the swatch.
  • Mahalo - is a metallic silvery amethyst. Looks gorgeous all over the lid and my favorite shade from this palette.
  • Teeny Bikini - is a matte dusty mauve. Beautiful basic shade.
  • Shotgun - is a satin soft vanilla. Looks gorgeous as inner corner of the eye highlighter.

The staying powder of the shadows was amazing with a primer (I always use a primer under every eye look). These didn't crease on me or fade through out the day.

This collection contains 3 lip products: 2 Ultra Blotted Lip in shades Party Wave and Love Bite ($6.00), and Ultra Glossy Lip in shade Just Surfed ($6.00).

Their blotted lips give medium coverage and dry down matte. It feels light weight on lips and is not as drying as their matte lips are. I love the blotted look these lippies give me and they are as long lasting as their regular liquid lipsticks. There is only one thing with these to keep in mind. When these are still wet don't put your lips together, because it becomes patchy and uneven.

The Ultra Glossy Lip in this range has become one of my favorite lip products ever. It contains silver and pink glitter, which you don't feel. It makes my lips fuller and I can't stop using it. Best discovery this year.

Overall I love this collection. There are 2 items I didn't like, but I can live with that. Other then that the collection is beautiful and I found my holy grail gloss :D If you want me to do a look with this collection let me know in the comment section. You can find the full collection to buy here.

Which is your favorite item from this collection?

Review: Gülsha Regenerative Night Rose Elixir

Hi loves! Today I have for you review on Gülsha Regenerative Night Rose Elixir (20ml).

This beauty oil comes in a dark glass bottle and has dropper. It smells like roses and the formula is with out paranbens, alcohol, mineral oil, silicon, colorant and parfum.

The elixir contains rose essential oil blend with hyaluronic acid, which helps to prevent the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin. The formula is enriched with anti-aging peptides. This beauty oil helps to stimulate the synthesis of collagen I, II and V, which strengthens the structure of  skin matrix and increases skin elasticity.

The elixir is light weight and sinks into the skin fast. I have used it as my evening moisturizer. I apply it cleansed skin and after I have applied my serum. It leaves my skin hydrated, firmer and softer. I have been using it over a month now and I really love how it makes my skin feel and look. I wake up with soft and smooth skin and I have had so many great skin days since I have started using it.

* From natural Rosa Damascena flower oil. All the info on the ingredient levels is from skindeep (link).

I'm so taken with this rose elixir. It smells like real roses and it has become my favorite product to use in the evening skincare routine.
